Here is the problem; These guy's never explain how they do it; They tell you they're trying to get a patent, but even the patent office requires some proof that something works as said;

...

Like the famous Pon's experiment from Utah Univ in 1980's, it could NOT be duplicated, 10's of 1,000's of science geeks got all the required crap, and nobody got anything like 'cold fusion'

So the work got a bad name, then around 10 years later, cuz fads never really die, they just become invisible, Randall Mills starts trying to get 'investor money', and for the last 30 years he has burnt through millions of USD of OPM ( other peoples money ), so where is the 'beef'?

People have been dabbling with hydrogen now for 350 years (boyle 1600's, cavendish 1700's, faraday,edison 1800's ), some how doubtful all the experimenters missed something; Especially last 50 years people have been doing wild experiments with Hydrogen/Palladium all over the map )

...

Once upon a time I too was 'excited' about cold-fusion post announcement, and even when "Randall came to town" would go to his lectures; What I gathered from talking with Randall is that he's a very 'theoretical guy', not much hands on, and certainly not into computer modelling; Given his GUT is now +30 years old, and nobody has done any hydro-dynamic modeling of GUT like would normal be done at Livermore labs, or Los-Alamos;

Lastly, the past 30 years, still no verifiable repeatable experimentation;

Even the HOT-FUSION is not much better after +50 years, and $100's of billions of USD, still nada, unless you want to count an event that last a pento-second.

...

Show me DIY, repeatable at home-lab experiments?? Using Randalls GUT theory??? Where's the beef?

When Pon's first came out, I too immediately did the shit, I have my own lab, then & now; It didn't work, when I talked with Randall +20 years ago, and asked is there any physical experiments we can do with GUT, his answer was no, but he did hope that somebody would do some computer modelling some day of GUT;

Very interesting, thanks for this write up. Many ideas presented here re: QM resonated with thoughts I've been having and doubts on the very nature of modern physics.

Zero Point Energy is also a possibility for future energy requirements. A cubic inch of empty space is said to have an incredible amount of energy. Perhaps that is where the dark energy of the universe is hiding.

Interestingly, the whole subject of Hydrogen is what led me to you. I love the way you think.

Yes, first thought that came to mind was that “they” will kill him before any of his work sees the fruition. Just recently a talented retired policeman developed a technology that was going to replace a car fuel with water ( I don’t think he was the first person that did that). As soon as he finished, and wanted to implement it, he died in a mysterious circumstances- like many others. I certainly hope times change, but in a mean time it would be great to keep his safety in mind.

We share similar thoughts in the point you brought up. I find it notable Dr. Mills is self published.

Fairly common, nobody is going to print a book that nobody is going to buy;

Common for authors to pay for their own printing, if they can't find a publisher to invest.

Years ago I got my set of GUT books for free from Randall he was giving them out, obviously using his investor money, he was using it as 'marketing'.

Unfortunately many, many scientists, innovators, or medical entrepreneurs vanished from this planet for trying to help humanity. Take cancer, for example, or medical cures. The list is long. I’m of opinion, that humans’ morale and spiritual development are subject to the law of entropy as well - as everything else. Most of a society is rejecting God, and greed and self-absorption lead the way to destruction.

But is it really true? I have met many con-artists in my life, with claims of free-energy and magic;

They're always fake

Just once I would like to see a real example of something incredible that was actually held back?

Generally if its a good idea a Microsoft will buy the small company, and keep the employees if they're any good; They'll embed the tech in their own product, and kill off the smaller brand;

...

Like the water-n-fuel scam, been around forever, or the perpetual motor, that always seems to have been stolen when people want proof;

Experiments & inventors have been dabbling in this shit for +200 years, nobody is being stopped;

Lastly, 99.9% of the time these free-energy story's are promoted by people with ZERO real science education; Just an observation.

Sure you can argue that 'trained' people sometimes are blind, but they do know how to measure 'energy', most of the morons selling this snake-oil, don't even understand thermodynamics

Finally a "green" energy that not only might work but would actually be green from birth to death unlike most of what is promoted as green.

Difficult see how such a cheap and de-centralised energy generation system would be allowed. However, times are changing.

We, as a society, have to start changing our views on such things. WE are the ones who are in control. WE are the ones to decide what is, and what isn't "allowed". The area of "them" being in control is slowly coming to an end.

This is a lot like the right-now debate about 'aliens'

The CIA guy who came out as informer admits that nobody he knows at any level of the agency has ever seen any of this 'proof'

Same goes for the perpetual motion machine, everybody believes but PROOF is non-existent.

Is this similar to what Brullion Energy in CA is working on?

Not directly; but there may be some overlap. As I recall, when I looked at this years ago, the mechanism of action for Brillouin was similar to what Andrea Rossi of Leonardo Corp was seeing: they both claimed (as I recall) some possible "LENR" (Low Energy Nuclear Reaction) effect involving hydrogen and certain catalyst metals (Nickel, in the case of Rossi) that they claimed resulted in an "energy gain" of some small multiples.

What Mills has been working on seems to be orders of magnitude higher in energy density.

Years ago, I was following Rossi's work but haven't kept up with his research lately (but I may start looking into it again, at least to freshen my understanding of his current results). As I have learned more about Mills work over the years, I have come to suspect that the underlying mechanism of action for Rossi's E-cat, Brillouin, and possibly Safire Sun (Aureon Energy) may all ultimately be related to the new physics of hydrogen as described by Mills' GUT-CP.

Mills has been the only one (to my knowledge; I have to go back and re-examine the others to see if this has changed) who has fully published all of his theoretical work, as well as his experimental results. But all of these companies results together at least offer intriguing hints that something interesting and unexpected about hydrogen that doesn't fit within current theory is occurring.

Does the disruptive GUT CP theory have any implications as regards quantum computing?

Expand full comment

According to Mills theory, the waves responsible for qbits, and all of Standard Quantum Mechanics do not even exist. There is so far no such things as a Qubit, let alone a QM computer.

I don't know what the implications might be. If I get an opportunity to talk to Mills at length again, that's something I would ask him.

Are you in New York for the Green Summit presentation by Dr Mills? It still seems as though his work is being obfuscated. If you get a chance, I would love to hear his thoughts on quantum computing.

Expand full comment

That's really funny, first Mill's after +30 years never gets an energy system working,

Now he's going to offer a Quantum Computer, something that doesn't even exist at all

At least Mill's knows his audience, and his investors;

...

Nobody is 'obfuscating' Mills work, the first rule of science, said by FEYNMAN & EINSTEIN is to simplify it; Even MILLS can't explain his work to a 5 year old, then he himself doesn't understand it, this is why its obfuscated, because Mill's can't even explain his work to engineers, and he has nothing physical to show; So people whose time is valuable just ignore him;

Dark matter is almost certainly interstellar plasma.\ https://www.thunderbolts.info/wp/?s=dark+matter although hydrinos could also be part of the "missing mass".

Interestingly enough, the Thunderbolts Project crew has also been getting some very interesting results with plasma https://www.thunderbolts.info/wp/?s=safire

It looks to me like there's quite a bit of commonality here.

not to my knowledge, but volume II of his work does go into Chemistry at some depth, and he does have some interesting results in predicting molecular bond lengths and molecular shapes using the same theoretical framework (GUT-CP)
