Quantum Mechanics, despite all of its successes, cannot properly account for the structure of even the 2nd simplest atomic structure: Helium. What's going on here?

I wish my dad was still alive to read this as he had some of the same questions. If everything public is so far behind the actual, why wouldn’t there be answers?
Thank you for your work. Always great! I wonder why Dr Mills doesn’t get the credit he so richly deserves, or at least publicity. His Brilliant Light Power is so needed in this world right now, but I can also understand how those with bad intentions would want to suppress it (metered power grids go away). I also assume there is much inertia in the QM community and it is very slow to accept change, especially when it invalidates theories that have long been promoted.
